BREXIT

The UK has reached a trade agreement with the EU that has taken affect from 01.01.21. This agreement establishes zero tariffs or duties on trade between the UK and the EU. This means that all orders placed and shipped within Europe, will continue as normal and avoid any further charges. 

All European orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), our courier DHL may contact you for more information regarding your shipment, however, you will not be charged. 

We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we endeavor to despatch orders within one working day. However, please note that during special releases, major holidays, and sale periods this may take longer. 

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavor to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

SHIPPING

We ship to the UK with Royal Mail and worldwide with DHL Express & FedEx Priority, for the fastest & most reliable service. Please see our shipping rates below. 

UK
Standard Delivery - FREE for all orders

  • Monday to Friday service is delivered between 8 am and 8 pm excluding weekends and bank holidays.

  • Orders are delivered up to 10 working days, outlying areas may take longer.

  • All orders on a standard service are delivered by Royal Mail.

EU

Standard Delivery - £9.95

  • Monday to Friday service is delivered between 9 am - 5 pm excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders will arrive within 7 - 14 working days, outlying areas may take longer. Allow up to 10 working days for delivery to Greece and Greek Islands.

  • We ship within the EU on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis and all import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of your order.

  • We ship outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. UK VAT is not charged.

  • We ship to the following European countries from our UK Distribution Centre: United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine.

INTERNATIONAL

Standard Delivery - £19.95

  • Monday to Friday service is delivered between 9 am - 5 pm excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders will arrive within 7-14 working days, outlying areas may take longer.

  • We ship outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. UK VAT is not charged. Please contact your local customs office for further details regarding current tax and customs rates as well as any shipping restrictions to be aware of.

  • Please note that International returns are not free, and we do not include a free return label for international shipments. You can return your order using any trackable postal service and you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself.

  • We ship to the following International countries from our UK Distribution Centre: Australia, Bahrain, Canada, India, South Korea, Kuwait, Macau - China, New Zealand, Norfolk Island, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, United States.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.

Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

Here are a few options you can select to customise your delivery:

Schedule Your Delivery

If your estimated delivery date doesn’t suit you, you have the option to select another date within 5 working days.

Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your order.

Leave With Neighbour

Request for your order to be left with your neighbour by providing DHL with their house number and any further instructions. Please note that if you select this option, REPRESENT and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

Collection from a DHL Service Point

If you won’t be in for your delivery, you can choose to pick this up from DHL Service Point.

DHL ODD will show you the nearest DHL Service Points, so you can select which one works best for you. They’ll then contact you to let you know when it’s ready to collect and how long you have to pick up your delivery. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it’ll be sent back to the DHL depot.

To collect your parcel from a DHL Service Point you’ll need to bring two forms of ID:

  • A photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving license)

  • Your email/SMS notification from DHL

Vacation Hold

Still on vacation? You can request DHL to hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days for you.

Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your delivery.
