Clothing that means something.

Three young adults standing in front of a brick wall. The person on the left is wearing a dark hoodie, the person in the middle is wearing a pink t-shirt with a tattooed arm, and the person on the right is wearing a dark denim jacket. The person in the middle is wearing a black turban and has a beard. All three are looking at the camera.

Dastaar Clothing was founded in 2021 by Amrit — a one-person brand built from a simple frustration: there wasn't enough clothing out there that felt both genuinely well-made and genuinely meaningful.

The name says it all. A dastaar is worn as a symbol of honour, equality and identity. Those aren't just values we put on a mood board — they're built into every decision we make, from the materials we use to the way we design.

This isn't a brand for a niche. It's a brand for anyone who wants to wear who they are.

We make things to order. That means your piece is produced once you buy it — no overstock, no waste, no landfill. It takes a little longer to reach you, and we think that's worth it.

It's one of the most responsible ways to make clothing, and it's how we've chosen to do things from day one.

Made to order

Everything we make is gender-neutral by design — not as a trend, but because we genuinely don't think clothing should come with rules about who it's for. Every piece in the range is cut to work on everyone. Wear it how you want.

Gender neutral

We obsess over what things are made from. Our garments use 100% organic cotton and recycled polyester — materials that feel as good as they look and leave less behind. No shortcuts on quality. No compromise on sustainability.

Dastaar is still growing — independently, on our own terms. Every order directly supports a small London brand trying to prove that streetwear can be made with respect for the people who wear it and the planet it's made on.

Thanks for being here.
